He has dedicated the past 25 years of his life to the automotive industry and has built a reputation as a respected professional in the field. As an author, Glenn has written several books sharing his knowledge and expertise and helping people unlock their full potential. He is a sought-after motivational speaker, using his experiences to inspire and encourage others to achieve their goals. In addition to his successful career, Glenn is also the founder of the 800% Elite Automotive Club, a membership-based organization for people in the automotive space. He also hosts a daily morning show called “The 800% Club”, where he shares his insights and knowledge to help people all around the world “Unlock Their Full Potential”.

As an Executive Assistant, Jessica Bailey has been a part of our company since 2019. Prior to working for our company, Jessica received her Associates of Science in Paralegal Studies from Sullivan University in 2014.  She practiced as a Paralegal for eight and a half years as a government employee prior to landing her position with us. She is highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Jessica has excellent communication skills and is able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of our organization. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of others has made her an invaluable asset to the team. In her current role, she has been able to handle a wide range of responsibilities including calendar management, office management, travel arrangements, client facing, expense reports and event planning. She is a country girl at heart and is raising one son with her high school sweetheart.

Brandon Randolph

Brandon Randolph got gifted a video camera at the age of 8 and never looked back.
He became instantly overtaken by its power and used it to take over the world! Okay,
well, not that dramatic.

After years of making short films, skits, and silly music videos with friends for his Youtube Channel hoping to get discovered, he finally hung up one of his many hats and settled into a Pharmacy Technician job at Kroger accepting the fact that he would disappear into irrelevancy.

Then, a Facebook post was made.

Glenn Lundy was looking for a videographer for a project. A friend of his who knew his dad tagged him in the comments. This was something unlike Brandon had ever done! Yet he took on the challenge head on, and when we say challenge, we're not kidding. At the last second the actor who was going to play Glenn backed out! Brandon had to call an audible and play Glenn himself while also directing and storyboarding. Glenn loved the video and that was that. A job well done, and Brandon went back to the dark hole of retail.

One day at work Brandon got a call from Glenn with a job offer from the prestigious dealership in Paris, KY by the name Dan Cummins Chevrolet & Buick. Glenn was looking to amp up the way a dealership did things and having a full-time videographer was on the menu. Brandon was very stupid and comfortable in his job, like we said, the fire had burned out and basically had accepted death in the retail life, so he didn't respond immediately. Luckily, with support from co-workers and boss, they told him he was crazy if he didn't take the job. So he took it.

Evan started in the automotive industry at 17 years old. He detailed cars for two years, then ventured out of his comfort zone and started Sales. After being in the top 3 for three years at one of the largest Chevrolet dealers in the country Evan was promoted to Finance. He was the top Finance Manager for FIVE years in a row and was able to produce Industry leading numbers. Evan contracted 170+ deals a month…every month. PVR over $3,000 with over 50% product penetrations on all ancillary products. Evan’s mission is to spread his knowledge and experience to other Finance Managers all over the country to grow at a rate once thought as impossible.

Michael is a proud girl dad of three, and brings over a decade of experience from the retail side of automotive. Prof. Nick Gillis

Nick spent 7 years in the automotive business on the sales floor and in the BDC. Although not unfamiliar with the dealership sales process his passion is more entrepreneurial with a foot in technology. He's familiar with setting up CRMs from scratch as well as implementing the processes necessary to work with them. 

Looking for a change he launched an independent insurance agency in December of 2019.  Wait... what?  Exactly, in March of 2020 with a 1 yr old and no daycare the full push to immerse in the tech world began. He's been building database driven web apps for the last 3 years. Implementing APIs, webhooks, and scalable databases within two-sided marketplaces has been both his home-school and a great source of pride.  Educating himself to push the bounds of his development capabilities has become a daily drive. 

He joined 800% Elite Auto Club in January 2023 and looks to find ways to increase the engagement and productivity of his team and the club's members by using his background in a meaningful way.

His happy places include his family, the golf course, the airport, sculpting, graphic design and app development.
